Useless pathetic service at standard bank verulam

Standard bank verulam they don't disappoint the consistent on providing the worst and most pathetic service ever. Every time I walk in this useless branch I walk out disappointed how is Standard bank head office not looking into this...they useless plz I'm begging the public don't bank with this bank they are useless..url will go through endless problems if it's not the consultants in the bank it's the call centers staff who has no idea as to what's going on they can't help u...verulam branch u will always be opened for disappointment...I waited for 4 hours on Saturday in the verulam branch and was not helped phoned the call center on Sunday waited on the phone for over an hour using my own airtime..and the call center is treating me like a dog for my own money...aissh this Standard bank need to close down they pathetic..poor useless ..I'm gonna close my account with them...plz I know there's thousands out there that are feeling the same just close ur account with Standard bank remember they don't have a hold over u that's ur money find a bank who will appreciate u as their client.. please
