Useless internet banking services

I am fast regretting opening an account with your institution. Your internet banking is more off than it is on. I cant transfer money between accounts and it seems like only a rocket scientist can transact on your platform. I now owe you 110.00 because i cannot transfer funds between accounts. This is worthless. I had an account with FNB and adding accounts and transferring between accounts was seamless. The same with Nedbank. This is simply ridiculous
