Useless HOMELOAN consultants / management:

I have been in contact with Rishern Pillay, then hi smanager Shameel Ramnarain, then other consultants names Melanie. This is going on for 2 months. I gave Std bank the opportunity to transfer my salary from Nedbank to Std bank in order for a better rate on my Std bank bond, they dropped 0.6% as maximum. Not great but I agreed. However, they are so slow, several watsapps, several emails, phone calls - all broken promises, and then you find Std Bank retrenching people because they not making money - its because of slow guys like this............TODAY i decided to move to FNB...........anyway, I asked for my settlement bond figure asap after the 90 day cancellation period, still waiting - can someone urgently send this to me !!!!
