USELESS HOME LOANS DEPARTMENT!

Everything on my home loan has been changed since 14th January 2016 without my approval:<br> The loan term changed<br> The interest rate changed<br> The installment subsequently changed<br> The Access Bond cancelled<br> Many emails sent but no one bothers to respond to them..I asked to be called several times, no one did!<br> The HOMELOANS call centre agents are rude and carefree!<br> Refs: ***, ***, ***
