USELESS FEEDBACK AND JUST LIES ON THE PHONE!!!!!

When i put a stop on my STD bank account because my ex husband was using that account as well and i wanted to pay the amount owing and while i had this conversation with a manager at the time. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE BANK CHARGES WOULD STILL GO THROUGH TO THE ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. After the first month of this happening i put a Secure message on the internet and a very helpful lady named Zama contacted me back and advised that this will be reversed at the end of the month, i asked her what if this happens every month until i pay the account in full. I was advised that i must just contact her and she will request a reversal of these charges. Now today i contact her and the reversal was not done last month and needs to be done again this month. I dont see why i must now suffer if i am taking the instructions from your staff who should know the procedures off hand. I WANT THIS SORTED AS I CANNOT KEEP PAYING AND THE CHARGES DO NOT GET SORTED OUT. THERE MUST BE A WAY TO PUT A STOP ON THE CHARGES .
