Useless Customer Service

Standard Bank is useless. My brother recently opened an account I transferred money to his account on the 29th of August 2023 and then the account was blocked and we were never informed , no phone call nothing to say why they blocked the account. We called Standard Bank and they sent us to the branch and at the branch we were told to wait for the call from the ***** department which never called.Since Monday we’ve been doing a follow up as no one is calling us with an update we are just being sent from pillar to post. Standard Bank has the worst service ever, they don’t take their customers seriously. My brother is unable to access the money, he has no food and transport money.
