Useless complaint resolution department

I raised a complaint about the prestige banker at Rivonia branch on Hello Peter *weeks* ago.<br> Get a message on my cellphone to call Zeena at ***. Call the number almost every day -- it just rings. Eventually several days later someone answers. Zeena is not there, but she offers to leave a message. I ask that her supervisor (Helga) call me back.It is now over a week and I am still waiting for the call.
