Useless Call Centre

<p>Phoned Standard Bank to get a simple confirmation of banking details. On hold for over 45 minutes when I decided to give up cause clearly nobody works there. Proceeded to phone the head office number, was told NO, Sorry we cannot help you to to the ATM. I mean seriously I want a confirmation of Bankind details not a Flippen Account Balance, do you guys employee people on stupidity.</p>
