Useless call center and service

<p>Money was ****** out of my account, 8days later still no answer after standard bank promise me my money will be paid back, all my debit orders is bouncing, i have a three week old babyat home, my prestige banker havent even phoned me in 8 days, how must i get to work.... And the best thwy can say is we will phone you back. R600 rand of airtime spend no answer, you leave messages at the bank no call backand the best is you open an account at the bank but you have to deal with call centre people. You stay is cape town but all calls are to jobugh why</p>
