Useless call center

Totally *********** call center. I cannot get my credit card delivered because I cannot have a rational conversation. They failed my identity check even when I was gave the correct answers. I was asked for my overdraft amount which I responded was approximately R50,000 as it turned out it was R48,600 so he said I had failed the credit check. I am livid with dealing with idiotic bureaucracy. All I wanted from them was to deliver my credit card to my branch. I responded to an email with the same instruction.
