Useless branch
I came to ur Festival mall at 11am for Simple statement...you only had 2 ppl working at enquiries and there were 14ppl in the queue! Today I got here at 9am, its 50min later and only 1person has been served. 2 staff and 1 isnt at their window!!!! Useless....shut all ur branches down coz ur service is ****!!!
