Useless bank that does not contact a client

This Bank is useless. You can complain,they will reply to that your business is very important to them and that they will escalate the matter and blah blah blah. So I am still waiting for Standard Bank to contact me. Was the biggest mistake in my life to switch my home loan and accounts over to them.

Should have stayed at FNB.
