useless bank in the world, STANDARD BANK

I wrote a review last year 2017 and to date, not helped. I view you Standard Bank as a useless bank, I am sure the Post Office might do better than you.

I am having RCP with you but I don't receive statements, how possible is that?? You have my email address but you just have to prove to me that you are inefficient to provide service to your customers, I am asking myself why are you still open for business or you just collecting all monies owed and you are in a process to close?? That would be better.

I am still waiting for my statements. If you cant send me because its expensive, rather tell me how much I owe. If sending me statements will further make you to be broke as a bank, you tell me.
