Useless bank consultant

Standard bank advised me that they need me to do Verification with home affairs. Went to home affairs and they said they cannot assist me without a referral letter from the bank. Rushed to Wiodmead and Lindiwe advised no we do not issue a Refferal letter they must just issue a hanis document. Well guess what you flippin idiot i am at home affairs and again the same feedback. They require a referral letter. What a waste of time and petrol. Phuuuuuuuck!
