Useless Bank!

I've been banking with Standard Bank for over 6 years now and my salary and all goes to them. Interesting part is that 3 years back I wanted a personal loan and approached them and they told me my profile is bad. Went next door to Nedbank and I got a loan. Life continues and I just finished paying that R120 000 loan now with Nedbank. I then approach Standard Bank again for a Home Loan, 2 months bank, with other Banks. 3 Banks came back to me with approval and FBN even confirmed that we qualify without a need for a deposit. Guess what, Standard Bank said decline and asked feedbacked from a gentleman who sent me that decline e-mail and he never responded as to the reason of the decline. At this stage I am no longer surprised when I get these. Lastly I have a credit card with them which was R20 000 and took it down to R5 000 and recently called to take it back to R20 000, and they just confirmed again that I am declined and reason apparently I am bad payer. One would swear that Standard Bank the main Bank that should have my back, is the one Bank that always have negative news. I wonder why, cause not even one person ever explained that to me. They are basically useless to me, besides them keeping my money.
