USELESS BANK
A international outward payment has been made on the 16 April 2026. I received acknowledgement of payment to be made to an overseas account. However still not received by overseas account. I have emailed standard bank foreign exchange departement, outward payments. Numerous calls. Can not get hold of anyone. Just messages saying. "We will call you back as soon as an operator is available" Zero calls. I am pulling my hair out. What is wrong with Standard Bank. Useless bank.
