Useless bank

The worse service you could ever get from a bank after almost 15 years with the same bank they don't return emails or even answer you. Get into a problem and ask for help they don't do what they are supposed to don't come back to you but miss a payment and suddenly you are the one in the wrong. Staff is absolutely ***********. Really want to move my business elsewhere
