Useless bank

I phoned Standard bank today because they never contacted me since I logged a complain on the 21st of this month here on Hellopeter ... A consultant said she will forward my query then I asked to speak to her supervisor , she told me to hold after then she dropped the call .... Standard bank don't care about my credit profile what they need is money ... I stayed for more than 30 minutes on the line just to be dropped by a rude consultant ...
