USELESS BANK

I have tried for the last 4 months to amend my banking details on my bond account without any success.<br> The call centre 'changed it' the 1st time yet the payment went off my useless std bank account again , the 2nd time i called I was told to send an email - banking details still not amended the 3rd time I called I was told that I cannot email or do it telephonic-ally I need to write a letter and sign it and fax it from a branch so this i do today the 4th call after sending the fax from the branch 15 days ago - banking details still not updated my husband didnt sign the letter - NOBODY EVER ADVISED THAT HE SHOULD!! and if I didnt call in today I WOULD HAVE NEVER known the banking details are still not updated!!!! and you wonder why so many people leave your bank. I work for a living I cannot make changing banking details with STD my job
