Useless app and telephone banking..
Honestly the worst bank!! the app is just a statement in an app format...for all transactions you have to either go to the branch and or call (which takes like an hour) i am totally disappointed. all i wanted to do is to decrease my credit card limit but its been a merry go around....once this card is paid off..i will not use Std bank again..they do deserve the most hated bank trophy....
