Useless and unresponsive bank staff

This is one bank I would never in a million year recommend to any one, the people from Standard bank VAF are always sleeping in their jobs, just a month ago, I finished paying up my car and sent proof of payment to them so that they can release the paperwork, I have been sent from pillar to post and no help/assistance is coming form, each time I get emails stating my issue was escalated, to this or that division, nothing, and yet when I had skipped or delayed a payment t by a week, they were first to send Robert 's attorneys to hound me. This is one usel3ss bank in the whole of SA, I think they need to close shop because it is clear nobody understands what their role is.
