USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

So I opened a tax savings account with these *********** people about a month ago. It only took 4 attempts to actually open the account.<br> <br> Linking the account was like rocket science - they still haven't done it to this day.<br> <br> So I decided to try close the account last Thursday through secure message. 4 secure messages and 4 phone calls later, anything done? Nope.. Just I must go into the center AGAIN.<br> <br> Honestly this bank doesn't care about the customers only if you are on Prestige...
