Useless and Pathetic Service!
I have tried now three times to call standard bank regarding not being able to use my credit card. On three occassions, I wait for half an hour and than get an automated message on the phone stating that there are no agents available and asks that I phone the same number I dialled in the first place, than the phone gets put down. Useless and pathetic service.
