24/2/14 My card not working. Declined message. Garage card in my drivers name - would not issue it to me and sent it back before my driver came back from leave. 24/2/14 Standard bank (Jacques Kruger). Told me to contact Corporate Card Division.6/3/14 Sent query to card.queries 7/3/14 Response from Standard Bank. Garage card for driver still at post Office. They required certified copy of my id and that of my driver. Query to Corporate Card Department.10/3/14 Corporate card dept (Lerato Morake). No reported error or declined messages appearing on my card. Card should work as it has funds on and is open for use. Advise if I want to replace faulty card.11/3/14 Jacques requesting that someone assist me.12/3/14 email from SBSA saying my request has been forwarded and that someone will contact me.13/3/14 Email from the Card call centre saying the card at the post office is addressed to my name.
