Useless
I have been trying to get a hold of anyone in the business banking area for about a month. Went to the brach and was told they do not have a business banker there. Was given details that do not exist. Went on the website to get right details. No one responds to business emails and stay on the line for business banking for over 20minutes without success (twice). Went on the app to chatbot that was useless. Just want to update details
