Useless!

Really Standard bank, you need to get with the times, out of the dark ages.<br> <br> Tried to find out if Standard bank offers the same convenient internet platform as Wesbank where I can control and make changes to my account. Had to call and was send from vehicle finance to general banking, only to be told no, I need a transactional account as well. So the fact that I have a home loan and vehicle finance does not count, still have to call in and transact as it was done 30 years ago. <br> <br> I then ask the guy to please change my statements to be send via e-mail not post, told me I must call vehicle finance. Really????<br> <br> Standard Bank is useless!!!!!!
