Useless

Standard bank is useless. I Am struggling for almost a year now to change my branch. The *********** personnel at any branch have a very bad attitude and service is no where to find. If funds reflect in my account they can't confirm if the funds is safe before 7 working days. They can't increase my monthly payment limit in order for me to pay my suppliers and SARS on time. So I can't use my money in my bank account.<br> Standard bank is a typical example of service and delivery in South Africa.
