Useless
Standard bank is a useless bank iv been waiting 5 weeks now just for a simple confirmation letter ketter for one of my term loans, the service is terrible, when u get annoyed cause nothing is happening you still have the ppl working in customer service getting clever over the phone, I wouldn't recommend Standard Bank to anybody, they don't look after their clients, everybody that works their seems to think it's a joke dealing with ppl finance, there is a house I want to buy and if I don't get this letter I can't put in a offer to purchase so I might loose the opportunity of this investment because of standard bank bad service.
