USELESS!!!

Seriously Standard Bank, you just can't get it right, can you? WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL FOR STATEMENTS EACH MONTH? Even e-mails to your customer services, Hellopeter and visits to my local branch did not help!!!!! How is a business suppose to submit VAT returns without bank statements. This is a service that I, the comsumer pays a fortune for! This was the last straw!!!! I am feeling utterly angry and frustrated and refuse to call your customer service line! <br> I refer to both Current Account and Credit Card statements!
