Useless!

Zero standards for a bank that calls itself standard bank. I'm 1 Instalment behind on my vehicle finance and my account has been handed over I made contact with the attorneys to request for bank details to settle my arrears, spoke to Patricia (or Portia) Makwakwa. It was the 30th of September when she promised to send me bank details and she never did. I went to the branch yesterday, the branch couldn't assist, they phoned the same Patricia who told that branch that she'd email the bank details and give me a call immediately. I've never seen a bank that makes it difficult to pay them. Maybe I must move all my accounts to a different because there's no point of banking with them I they deliver force you into arrears and ruining your credit profile . They have very low standards!
