Useless!
Been waiting 10 months going on 11 months now to have debit orders (bank service charges) to be changed.
Also requested that all these charges be refunded due to incompetence. Got a message last week Wednesday that refund would take 24 hours.... Guess what..... Still nothing.
Called your call center aswell and was told I'd be called back... Guess what?.... Still no call. Your service level is rediculous.
This matter will probably take another month to sort out. Maybe even another year judging by the incompetence and terrible service I've received.
