Useless!
How hard is it to send an automated email? I require my iStore statements every month for reimbur*****t from my company but I don't ever receive my statements and I have to call in every month and waste valuable airtime. And everytime they say they want to charge me for sending an email when their useless system doesnt even work. So pathetic
