Useless

<p>Standard bank is just useless.....for a 24 hour call centre you guys should learn to train your staff to at least give some sort of care in the world. All my husband and I wanted to do was check the status of a ref number (of which we are entitled to) and you people can't even do. At the end of the day we are paying customers.</p>
