<p>I went to deposit money at the Westerville branch and the atm says cash jam. Firstly this is an inconvenience for me. It's not my **** problem if your systems are useless. Now I have to make time to go to the bank for your guys mess. And I have read the reports here about cash jam. Looks like you guys are quick to take the money but forget the refund. I want my money and don't tell me to wait for what is mine because I will make it a big thing when I go to the branch.</p>
