Useless!

This has got to be the most pathetic organisation ever - it is impossible to do anything simply. Whatever you need to ask takes many, many phone calls and no resolution results. Contacting Standard Bank is the ONLY time I have to medicate to reduce stress levels! I can't even change my address details other than by going to a branch which as a pensioner is hard to do. Your help desk is utterly useless and clueless, as they NEVER know what to advise. Come on Standard Bank, get your act together and be a proper bank that delivers some sort of satisfactory customer service!!!
