Urgent /unresolved

I have a standard Bank credit card that I want to settle. I have asked both standard Bank and the attorneys Munnik basson dagama for statements. I have even sent them proof of payments. On my statement of standard Bank there are payments that I made That is not reflecting on the statement of the attorneys Munnik basson dagama Inc.

I want to settle this account. I am making payments that is not reflecting on my statements. I don't know what to do anymore

Please can you help rectify this account so that this matter can be solved.
