Urgent Service Required

I have been waiting for a refund from standard bank home loans i am in financial constrain hence i registered with debt review. I was billed for 2 months even though my debt councillor sent documents and standard bank confirmed that it was received. I need the refund for the 2 months asap. I was asked for bank details on Monday and i sent them i still have not received the money
