Urgent: Repeated unauthorized transactions by Standard bank

I am writting to report a disturbing recurrence of unauthorized transactions by Standard bank. Despite my previous complaint and subsequent refund, they've deducted money from my account again. 15th of August 2024 Standard bank deducted R2 882,50 17th September 2024 after my complaint, they refunded the full amount 15th October 2024, Standard bank deducted R2 882,50 again without permission I am extremely frustrated and concerned about these repeated unauthorized transactions. I demand an immediate refund and assurance that this won't happen again Account number: *** Account holder: Ditlhare Felicity Khaile Bank: Capitec bank Code: 470010 Due to these experiences, I can no longer trust Standard bank. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone Please help me get my money back and prevent further unauthorized transactions
