Urgent release of funds

I contacted standard bank yesterday as it was a matter of agency, i needed funds to be released however they could not be released until i made a payment of R18 200, Of which i deposited into the account. i was on the line for over an hour being transfered to the wrong departments or being sent back to sqaure one. eventually i was assisted by Abongile Mpondo who offered such great service. he sent an email asking for these funds to be released as a matter of agency. this morning again i called still no funds available. this is a matter of agency if it was not i would not be writting this review can someone please look into this matter urgently. My Life is depended on this.
