Urgent matter please attend to it
Since we come from holidays and since I was 100th in the cue for calls today, I'm worried that I may not get the money I requested for water and it's become an emergency because of how unhygienic it is. I'm not complaining yet because tomorrow will be the 3rd day as per their rules. Please ensure that I receive it within the next 2 days because having no water in my unit is a crisis for me right now sincei have to attend internship interviews.

09 Apr 2026, 10:30Yes please ensure that they send it this morning because I'm number 120 in the cue for calls and if you allow them to delay they will. I was shortlisted for an interview tomorrow and I can't afford to not have water in the morning for hygiene reasons
