URGENT INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT DELAY NO HELP
Please Can someone urgently assist me .
I have been on calls since 8 AM MONDAY 9 SEPTEMBER to no avail I have spoken to Sarah, Belinda and Olga in Prestige, CLIFF and LUREN in the Internation payments Centre all I have had have been promises this has put an ubelievable amount of stress on me and my family and I have been sent from pillar to post since last week Friday
I am trying to do a simple international Payment for my brothers schools fees in China which is OVERDUE!
Please can someone resolve these the payment was effected on the 5th of SEPTEMBER and is DUE TODAY!!!!!!!
I HAVE SPOKEN TO MORE THAT 6 PEOPLE AT STANDARD BANK OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS USING MY OWN AIRTIME PLEASE CAN I GET THIS PAYMENT EFFECTED AND RELEASED THE MA NUMBER WAS GIVEN AS MA19248ZA***

Im sorry this doesnt help me I need this resolved please today before close of business please please please !!!
My Brother is sitting in Limbo in China until i produce that proof of payment Pleae please understand the Magnitude and stress that thsi Standard Bank error/Glitch is putting on us.
This is not my fault none of this and I am no accepting any explanation or excuse other that this payment will be processed MANUALLY if you have to before the Close of Business.
I need a proof of Payment right now to send to my Brother I have been so patient surely the IT department or technicians can be found in a room to fix this if there is willingness.
A big coporate company would never stand for this and you wouldnt do this to big coporate please resolve this NOW!!
