Urgent Insurance Repair

Our garage door got Driven into this morning early, our insurance is through standard bank with hollard insurance they appointment Digicall Assessing solutions, wow imagine, after telling them i have 5 small dogs and two cars that park there no one has still been to my house to assess let well repair my garage door, after promises from their call centre that it will be sorted out today still, repaired and then after asses replaced if nessesary, who is is going to cover the claim if there is a break in tonight or if one of my dogs get ridden over?
