Urgent Follow-Up: Request for Prescribed Letter, Unhappy customer
I was dealing with Ryan, Simone and Ebrahim, Fareed regarding requesting a prescribed letter for a credit card. I am still waiting for feedback. I need the document so that I will be removed from Debt Review. I also have a potential job opportunity on the horizon that I don't want to lose. I am currently unemployed and desperately in need of the letter. Please assist.
