Urgent: Dispute of *****ulent Charges and Unfair Interest Fees

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with how my ***** case has been handled. Despite promptly reporting unauthorized transactions on my credit card account, I have been informed that I will still be responsible for the interest charges on the ****** amount of 15 588 (22% AT THAT). This is both unfair and unacceptable.

As a loyal customer of near twenty years (I have been with Standard Bank since 13 years old, when kids cards had looney tunes characters such as Bugs Bunny & Daffy Duck, I am 32 today). I expected better ***** protection and support. I should not be panelized financially for *****ulent activity that was beyond my control. I urge you to reconsider this decision and remove all related interest charges & principle loss amount immediately. For fellow Standard bank clients, I am in the process of create video content of my ordeal, from the start of my reporting the *****, my journey to with the Police services, the Banks awful responds and the end result as share by the ombudsman. it will be a 4-part series for educational purposes on how you are left on your own after being a victim of ***** and how you will pay off ****med amounts for the next five years.
