Urgent Complaint

I want to complain about Standard Bank Eesterivier Branch I went to apply for a loan last week on the 06 April 2022.I spent the whole day and finally they told me they will come back to me.A week and few days down the line nothing I went to the Branch in the morning and they told me they waiting for my HR toconfirm COE . i WENT TODAY AFTER WORK AND AGAIN NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL ME BACK.I waited there and eventually they told me there are still waiting on some information from my HR which they unable to tell me about. First I am using my petrol to go to the Branch and no one cares.I asked for Branch manager which they made me a stupid telling me they have no Manager at all at that Branch. I sent an email to Elizabeth Ntuli who also never bothered to come back to me. I left the Branch at 16:30 from 14:00 .I spoke to Funeka and Tumeka Jitana who just left me there standing I wanted to go to EC tonight for an emergency I could not because of the *********** staff of Standard Bank whom do not care about other peoples problems.I am very upset and would like someone to call me urgently wrt this and make sure that it is dealt with .And apparently this week my loan application will automatically cancel due to this .
