Upset
Bad really bad ....my bond was put on a premium holiday which was approved on the 7th April but yet they deducted the home loan ...after calling and speaking to numerous consultans I was given piece of mind the refund would be paid ...uptil today I have not received any reference or email confirmation ...I guess I am left for the wolves not knowing how to feed my family ...
