Updating personal details on account without consent

<p>14 March 2017:I called in to standard bank to make an enquiery on my home loan account as I've noticed on my statement my residential address was changed without my knowledge or consent. The person i spoke to was going to log a call with the back office as they didn't have an answer for me and come back to me, to this date I have not received feedback. Yesterday I decided to write them an email "My address was changed to an unknown address, I have inquired on this and to date have not received any feedback.HOW ARE CHANGES MADE TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT" I am told they cannot respond to my enquiry because the address I gave as a security answer doesn't correspond to the address on the account. The same address they apdated themselves. I wonder what more get done on our accounts without our knowledge. </p>
