Updating of contact details near to impossible!

I have sent countless emails and requests from Standard bank HOME LOANS agents to update my contact details. This has been going on since MARCH 2018. They are efficient in every other way, but having to action a request from a client is a different story.

I sent another email to ********** on the 3rd October. STILL awaiting feedback.

Please advise once this has been done.
