Updating contact details
Good day,
I always updated my contact details via the telephone in the past and now that I need to do it I am informed that I can not do so. I have to go into a branch. This really confuses and frustrates me as I hate going into a branch. Now I must drive all the way to a bank just to change my phone number. Gee thanks.
