Updates of account in Itc

I had a bond with standard bank. 2015 it fell to arrears which they were settled same year. I sold the house in 06 September 2017 which it had a short fall. 0n the 15 October 2017 I paid the short fall amount and the matter was settled. on the 17 October 2017 I requested a paid up later from standard bank and they sent it stating that I no longer owe them. November I tried to apply for a home loan and standard bank still appear in my ITC record. I called them from the 15 November 2017 and even went to the branch in East rand mall and they are sending me from pillar to post. On the 14 November 2017 tried too purchase a car now standard bank appears as I owe them 9 months arrears. I have been in contact with their legal cancellation department but no assistance. my life is being held hostage by standard bank. on the 15 December called them transferred me to home loan and they transferred me to legal and to no avail in these department. On the 18 December 2017 tried again to call legal cancellation and to no avail of people to help.
